Th!nk Out Loud is a counselling service dedicated to working with individuals - primarily adolescents and children, including their families, to challenge negative beliefs, dysfunctional behavioural patterns, maladaptive communications and unproductive coping skills that may have affected healthy functioning of the family units and systems.
The aim of the counselling service is to work closely with clients to create goals and treatment plans that will lead to positive thinking, mental well-being and developing sustainable life-long coping mechanisms to encourage a healthy living and lifestyle.
The purpose of counselling and interventions is to support children undergoing challenges as a result of emotional, cognitive, and behavioural difficulties. In therapy, the primary aim is to work together with clients to process difficult emotions, navigate life's challenges, set attainable goals, and establish life-long skills.
Interventions and treatments such as Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy and a problem-solving approach assists children in overcoming various challenges they are facing at home or in school so as to ensure their emotional well-being and development.
Th!nk Out Loud also specialises in Family Law Counselling that helps clients with relationship difficulties to better manage their personal or interpersonal issues to do with children and families during separation and divorce. The intervention involves in reducing the impact of separation on children, dealing with children's difficult emotions, managing conflict, developing appropriate boundaries and communication in the family unit, and dealing with difficult transitions.
Th!nk Out Loud aims to empower clients to make positive changes, gain meaningful insights, increase self-awareness and confidence in order to promote wellness of the young nurturing minds of children
