The Art of Silence: Try it Today!! Quickest and an effective medium to regain peace of mind and positivity.
Try spending 20mins in a quiet place. Lie down and relax. No talking. No writing. No Reading.
Think as little as possible and allow your mind to go neutral!!!
Let your mind run empty.
Now fill your mind with positive thoughts and feelings.
This helps you wash away your negative thoughts and recharge your mind with positivity.
A Good Book Read: Your Child's First Steps Towards Success by Matthew Raggett. My favourite line, “it is home rather school that has greatest effect of student learning and success. For those parents fed up of excessive child screen time, make your own customised Family Media plan. A good resource for that -check out- "Media Time Family Pledge" for online media use available at HealthyChildren.org/MediaUsePlan.
Focus on your child’s positives and reassure them of their strengths- this will boost their confidence and self- esteem. Children are more willing to listen and modify their adverse behaviour if we talk to them with respect and dignity.
